The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Indian Wells increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Indian Wells rose by $157,250 while total sales increased by 750%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,000,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $842,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Indian Wells in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,884, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
