Rising home prices in Cabazon in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Cabazon rose by $98,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 70.3% increase over the $139,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cabazon in the first half of 2020.
