Desert Hot Springs median home prices rose by 22.7% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 57.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 367 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,000 - a 22.7% increase over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 233 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in the first half of 2020.
