Pricing for the median home in Cathedral City increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Cathedral City rose by $59,000 while total sales increased by 75.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 357 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 203 homes sold in Cathedral City in the first half of 2020.
