The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Indio rose by $76,750 while total sales increased by 110.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 712 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,750 - a 23.6% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 338 homes sold in Indio in the first half of 2020.
