Rising home prices in Bermuda Dunes in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Bermuda Dunes rose by $71,250 while total sales increased by 162.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $423,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Bermuda Dunes in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bermuda Dunes for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,634, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
