July 2021: Indio experienced a 31.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Indio rose by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 31.8% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Indio in July 2020.
