July 2021: Home prices in Indian Wells increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Indian Wells rose by $205,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $915,000 - a 28.9% increase over the $710,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Indian Wells in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,884, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
