August 2021: Thousand Palms experienced a 33.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Thousand Palms rose by $106,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,500 - a 33.2% increase over the $321,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Thousand Palms in August 2020.
