September 2021: Coachella experienced a 43.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Coachella rose by $127,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 43.2% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Coachella in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,010, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
