Palm Springs median home prices rose by 5.8% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Palm Springs rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 67.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $520,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Palm Springs in September 2020.
