The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Indian Wells fell by $142,250 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 18.2% decrease over the $782,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Indian Wells in September 2020.
