Median home prices in Blythe rose to $190,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Blythe rose by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $139,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Blythe in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Blythe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,210, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
