Desert Hot Springs home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 23.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 194 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 21.6% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in the third quarter of 2020.
