The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Coachella increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Coachella rose by $65,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 38 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 22.6% increase over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Coachella in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,010, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
