What happened to the median home price in Bermuda Dunes during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Bermuda Dunes rose by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,500 - a 16.2% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Bermuda Dunes in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bermuda Dunes for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,634, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
