Median home prices in Palm Desert rose to $470,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Palm Desert rose by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 425 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $388,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 543 homes sold in Palm Desert in the third quarter of 2020.
