Rancho Mirage home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Rancho Mirage rose by $136,591 while total sales decreased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 24.2% increase over the $563,409 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 284 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Rancho Mirage for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
