The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Indian Wells fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Indian Wells fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 47.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $722,500 - a 1% decrease over the $730,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Indian Wells in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,884, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
