Pricing for the median home in Coachella increased during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Coachella rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,500 - a 15.4% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Coachella in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,010, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
