Palm Springs Police Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
We may get rain this weekend which means slick roads. When it hasn’t rained, in what seems like decades, the oil and debris on our roads could cause reduced traction for vehicles.
Please slow down, check your windshield wipers, check tire tread and pressures and please be careful.
